Health Codex provides structured placement assistance with a job opportunity assurance within 6 months from the successful completion of the medical coding training program. This assurance is applicable only when the candidate fully complies with all training requirements, career guidance processes, and placement-related instructions communicated by Health Codex.
Our placement assistance is designed to prepare candidates for real-world hiring standards through resume building, interview preparation, and employer coordination.
Refund Policy (Placement Assistance Charges Only)
If a candidate does not receive a job opportunity within 6 months, despite meeting all eligibility conditions listed below, 100% of the placement assistance charges will be refunded after the completion of the 6-month period.
Eligibility Conditions:
Successful completion of the medical coding training program
Active participation in career guidance sessions and placement activities
Compliance with all instructions, interview schedules, and communication shared by Health Codex
Important Notes:
Training fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances
Refunds apply only to placement assistance charges
Other service fees, if any, are not covered under this refund policy
Fee Structure
The total program fee is payable in two installments:
First Installment: Payable before initiating candidate profile creation, resume preparation, and placement assistance processing
Second Installment: Payable after the candidate attends interviews arranged through Health Codex placement assistance
Candidate Responsibilities
The placement assistance assurance and refund policy are valid only if the candidate:
Maintains regular attendance throughout the training program
Completes all assignments, assessments, and mock interviews on time
Actively attends and participates in interviews scheduled by Health Codex
Maintains professional behavior during interviews and throughout the placement process
Failure to meet the above responsibilities may result in cancellation of placement assistance eligibility and refund benefits.
